About the role

  • Develop studies and propose innovative logistics models for inbound operations.
  • Analyze timelines, costs, and risks to identify the best solution.
  • Work with domestic and international suppliers, ensuring agile and efficient processes.
  • Evaluate different transportation modes and propose improvements to reduce lead time and costs.
  • Create reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze receiving capacity, demand planning, delivery phasing strategy, and feed results back into the process.
  • Capture requirements and initiatives, and create the annual study agenda.
  • Liaise with Category Managers, Inventory Planning, and Maintenance to conduct studies and report results.
  • Act as PMO for the studies and provide recurring reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Knowledge and experience with Incoterms, international and domestic logistics.
  • Knowledge and experience in import and/or export processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SAP, database management).
  • Advanced English is a plus.
  • Ability to prepare executive-level materials and present projects to senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations and meet deadlines.
