About the role
- Support and control the unit’s inventory planning activities;
- Analyze and monitor open purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and item quantities in stock;
- Maintain interaction with other departments to obtain data relevant to inventory planning;
- Perform follow-up and negotiations with peer departments;
- Analyze and map work processes by monitoring performance indicators;
- Manage inventory optimization processes;
- Monitor stock replenishment chain processes;
- Collect information related to inventory planning processes;
- Monitor inventories from multiple perspectives;
- Issue material requisitions for stock replenishment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed;
- Experience in inventory planning;
- Experience with large-scale/structuring projects;
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI;
- Advanced English preferred;
- Experience with export/import processes is a plus.
