About the role

  • Lead process mapping and improvement initiatives within and across departments;
  • Design and facilitate process diagnostic workshops and develop target/future-state scenarios;
  • Implement process, systemic, and automation improvements to enable increased operational efficiency;
  • Ensure identification of improvement opportunities and integration of new processes;
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation mindsets and methodologies;
  • Assess synergies within service center operations, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and efficiency gains;
  • Lead continuous improvement and operational performance projects;
  • Conduct process mapping with a focus on identifying waste;
  • Lead process review and reengineering efforts;
  • Support business areas in ensuring operational excellence through standardized work;
  • Act as a Continuous Improvement Business Partner;
  • Elicit and structure requirements for incremental improvements;
  • Plan complex projects;
  • Deliver training on project management methodologies, Lean tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields;
  • Knowledge and skills in project management, both as a project leader and in PMO functions;
  • Knowledge and practical experience with process and quality tools such as PDCA, DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, value stream mapping, FTE analysis, root cause analysis, KPI/indicator definition, 5W2H, Pareto analysis, among others;
  • Experience mapping processes using BPMN tools;
  • Knowledge and experience with Lean, Agile concepts, and related methodologies;
  • English language – advanced level.
