About the role
- Work on a cross-functional project team responsible for the delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management
- Design the IRT solution to meet the study requirements based on the clinical protocol
- Consult with clients to best understand their business requirements and act as a trusted advisor
- Accurately and completely document all requirements in the specification template(s)
- Lead the internal team review of the draft specifications
- Lead the client review of the IRT specifications and supporting documents
- Responsible for the UAT plan, test scripts, and coordinate all required data setup for client UAT
- Primary point of contact for design questions during the system build process
- Lead client UAT of the IRT system
- Support any re-design of the IRT system or implementation of new features
- Identify and assist with the implementation of process improvements for the services department
- Assist the product team with the design and development of new features
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Analytical and systematic thinking ability
- Creative problem solving
- Ability to understand technical details and translate them to non-technical users
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated strong consultative skills
