About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Suvera's commercial growth across its B2B product portfolio
  • Own major commercial opportunities from first contact through close and expansion
  • Drive new business across Suvera's technology products
  • Identify and build pipeline with GP practices, PCNs, Federations and technology partners
  • Run high-volume, high-quality outbound sales motions
  • Nurture clients, understand their problems and move them through the sales funnel to close
  • Own the full sales cycle independently, including strategically important opportunities
  • Land and expand strategic accounts
  • Build relationships with senior decision makers and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Maintain the CRM and track activity metrics
  • Provide leadership with intelligence summaries on customer themes, market sentiment and strategic recommendations
  • Contribute to accurate closed-revenue forecasts
  • Build feedback loops with the internal platform team to understand customer problems and shape the roadmap
  • Use pipeline performance and customer insight to identify commercial priorities
  • Lead co-creation of proposals, case studies, brochures and pitch materials
  • Improve Suvera's sales approach, messaging and playbooks
  • Identify and pursue grants, awards and conferences
  • Set the standard for commercial excellence and mentor the Partnerships Manager
  • Shape how Suvera sells its technology products and help grow the partnerships team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Genuine motivation by Suvera's mission and the healthcare space
  • Proven track record in B2B commercial roles, particularly driving SaaS uptake and conversion
  • Consistently hit targets and owned significant deals end-to-end
  • Experience scaling partnerships in a start-up or high-growth environment
  • Hungry outbound seller who proactively finds customers
  • Experience navigating senior stakeholders, commercial negotiations and complex, multi-stakeholder sales
  • Clear communication and ability to adapt style to different stakeholders and audiences
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline and sales decision-making
  • Experience using CRM and activity metrics
  • Nice to have: scaled B2B SaaS in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
  • Nice to have: familiarity with NHS primary care, PCNs, ICBs or GP practice landscape
  • Nice to have: experience from Series A to Series C growth
  • Nice to have: experience building or refining sales playbooks and enablement materials
  • Nice to have: formal or informal line management or mentoring experience
  • Successful candidates must complete a Disclosure/DBS check
  • Must work from or regularly attend the Farringdon office as part of the hybrid arrangement
