About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide nursing care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or physician

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Vocational Nursing
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
  • LVN Intravenous Therapy Blood Withdrawal Provider certification
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience
  • Knowledge of basic nursing skills, medical procedures, views, and equipment
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-form data and instructions
  • Basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
  • Written and verbal communication skills for explaining sensitive information clearly and professionally
  • Time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve standard problems using established options
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with peers and healthcare providers
