About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and implement treatment plans for ambulatory patients
- Prioritize and coordinate care plans across the continuum
- Use critical thinking, teamwork, and communication among care providers, patients, families, and external vendors
- Ensure timely services
- Provide individualized, direct hands-on interventions with pediatric patients in the clinic setting for the Healthy Young Minds Program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree (AA) in Business or a health-related field
- Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma
- 1 year recent relevant experience
- Oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities and competing demands
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to exercise discretion and prioritize tasks, seeking input as indicated
- Intermediate PC skills
- Word processing skills required
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling psychology, or a related field highly preferred
