About the role
- Contributes to the product lifecycle of information technology solutions that improve experiences for patients, clinicians, and operations
- Collaborates with data scientists, engineers, designers, and clinical or business stakeholders to shape requirements, inform the roadmap, and help bring concepts to market
- Support product leadership by translating ideas into actionable steps
- Coordinating across cross-functional teams and ensuring that delivery aligns with established goals
- Enable innovation at the point of care
- Surface opportunities for improvement and work with partners to refine and optimize products that deliver clinical, operational, and financial value
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years recent relevant experience
- Experience in digital health or remote patient monitoring (RPM), particularly within chronic disease management programs (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, pregnancy)
- Familiarity with Epic or other EHR-integrated digital platforms
- Strong understanding of interoperability, data flows, and patient engagement tools
- Proven ability to translate clinical and operational needs into scalable digital solutions
- Fluency in additional languages (Mandarin highly preferred)
- Experience with creating product roadmaps, backlog management, agile methodologies
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EHR systems (e.g., Epic), clinical operations, regulatory considerations
- Experience working closely with technical teams, including engineers and data specialists
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and prioritization skills
- Capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to diverse teams and stakeholders
- Skilled in interpreting data, creating KPIs, and making evidence-based decisions
