Contributes to the product lifecycle of information technology solutions that improve experiences for patients, clinicians, and operations
Collaborates with data scientists, engineers, designers, and clinical or business stakeholders to shape requirements, inform the roadmap, and help bring concepts to market

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
5 years recent relevant experience
Experience in digital health or remote patient monitoring (RPM), particularly within chronic disease management programs (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, pregnancy)
Familiarity with Epic or other EHR-integrated digital platforms
Strong understanding of interoperability, data flows, and patient engagement tools
Proven ability to translate clinical and operational needs into scalable digital solutions
Fluency in additional languages (Mandarin highly preferred)
Experience with creating product roadmaps, backlog management, agile methodologies
Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EHR systems (e.g., Epic), clinical operations, regulatory considerations
Experience working closely with technical teams, including engineers and data specialists
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and prioritization skills
Capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to diverse teams and stakeholders
Skilled in interpreting data, creating KPIs, and making evidence-based decisions
