About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Comprehensive Diagnostic Imaging: Interpret advanced imaging modalities including MRI, CT, and Ultrasound.
Breast Imaging & Intervention: Provide diagnostic and screening mammography. Perform stereotactic breast biopsies and ultrasound-guided biopsies to support oncology and women’s health service lines.
Light Interventional Radiology (IR): Conduct essential, time-sensitive image-guided procedures, including: CT-guided biopsies, Lumbar punctures, Nephrostomy tube placements, Thoracentesis and Paracentesis, Barium swallow studies.
Onsite Collaboration: Provide consistent, in-person weekday coverage. Collaborate closely with emergency, oncology, and surgical teams to ensure rapid diagnosis, timely interventions, and optimized hospital operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

MD or DO degree.
ABR Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Demonstrated clinical competency in mammography and light interventional procedures.
An active, unrestricted California Medical License (or the ability to obtain one).
A commitment to onsite, in-person patient care (this position cannot be supported via teleradiology).
