About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages and provides operational leadership in the Solano locations to diagnostic imaging department(s)
- Plans, organizes, and directs 24/7 operations and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services
- Establishes protocols and practices, ensuring compliance with standards, policies and procedures
- Takes a strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices and standardizing workflows/processes
- Develops and maintains a solid partnership with internal and external peers, leaders, and/or local/state/federal agencies to facilitate and collaborate on initiatives or issues resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in health care or business administration or equivalent education/experience
- BLS -Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Upon Hire
- ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists (Upon Hire)
- CRT -Certified Radiologic Technologist (Upon Hire)
- 8 years recent relevant experience
- 2-3 years of recent progressive leadership experience
- Solid understanding of Imaging operations and workflows
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, and coaching/mentoring
- Working knowledge and thorough understanding of state/federal/local and/or accreditation standards and requirements
- Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues
- Ability to use essential software and applications associated with the role’s duties and responsibilities
