About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manages and provides operational leadership in the Solano locations to diagnostic imaging department(s)
Plans, organizes, and directs 24/7 operations and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services
Establishes protocols and practices, ensuring compliance with standards, policies and procedures
Takes a strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices and standardizing workflows/processes
Develops and maintains a solid partnership with internal and external peers, leaders, and/or local/state/federal agencies to facilitate and collaborate on initiatives or issues resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in health care or business administration or equivalent education/experience
BLS -Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Upon Hire
ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists (Upon Hire)
CRT -Certified Radiologic Technologist (Upon Hire)
8 years recent relevant experience
2-3 years of recent progressive leadership experience
Solid understanding of Imaging operations and workflows
Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, and coaching/mentoring
Working knowledge and thorough understanding of state/federal/local and/or accreditation standards and requirements
Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues
Ability to use essential software and applications associated with the role’s duties and responsibilities
