Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for daily departmental operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
5 years of recent relevant experience
Solid understanding of medical terminology and insurance
Familiarity with general hospital management principles, practices, and procedures
Knowledge of applicable local, state, federal and other laws, regulations and requirements impacting department operations
Leadership skills, including team building, coaching/mentoring
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
