An advanced analytical professional who exercises independent judgment to solve complex business questions
Builds predictive models, delivers actionable insights, and leads project teams to drive specific operational or financial decisions
Bridges the gap between raw data and actionable strategy
Focuses on business value—leading business and technical requirements gathering, building rapid proofs-of-concept (POCs), and presenting data-driven recommendations to operational leaders
Working with minimal oversight applying advanced analytical skills to novel business problems where no clear procedure exists
Informally mentors junior team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
5 years recent relevant experience
Pharmacy operational experience as a technician or support staff
Contract management including monitoring of contract compliance
Creation & Maintenance of Enterprise Dashboards and Reports
EPIC expertise, including Clarity reports, SlicerDicer, etc
Progressive experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical role
Proven experience independently solving complex business problems using advanced analytics and predictive modeling
Strong experience building advanced models and dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
Experience writing advanced SQL queries for complex data exploration and extraction
Experience leading small-to-medium analytical projects
Advanced understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling concepts
Advanced proficiency in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) or in application tools and advanced Excel modeling
Advanced SQL skills (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, CTEs) for independent data extraction and exploration
Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills; ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
Strong ability to exercise independent judgment and tackle novel, ambiguous business questions.
