Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee operations in multiple same-day care locations
Manages and provides operational leadership to assigned areas
Plans and organizes operations and resources for effective patient care delivery
Establishes protocols ensuring compliance with standards, policies and procedures
Takes a strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices
Establishes and manages capital and operational budgets to achieve financial targets
Develops and maintains partnerships with peers and leaders for issue resolution
Provides guidance in resolving challenging or complex situations

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years recent relevant experience
2-3 years of progressive leadership experience
Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations in a non-acute setting
Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable State, federal, state licensing and local regulations
Background and ability to form relations with physicians and medical directors
Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building and coaching/mentoring
Tactical and analytical thinking and planning skills
Ability to build and establish effective working partnership with employees, peers, physicians and/or leaders
Organizational and time management skills
