Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee operations in multiple same-day care locations
  • Manages and provides operational leadership to assigned areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8 years recent relevant experience
  • 2-3 years of progressive leadership experience
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations in a non-acute setting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable State, federal, state licensing and local regulations
  • Background and ability to form relations with physicians and medical directors
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building and coaching/mentoring
  • Tactical and analytical thinking and planning skills
  • Ability to build and establish effective working partnership with employees, peers, physicians and/or leaders
  • Organizational and time management skills
