About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Directly manages a multidisciplinary virtual clinic team - including pharmacists, health coaches, and patient support staff.
Owns day-to-day operations across an ambulatory virtual care model.
Develops, measures, and drives accountability against a comprehensive key performance indicator (KPI) framework.
Ensures staffing, logistics, and implementation readiness keep pace with program growth.
Works closely with clinical leaders, product managers, digital teams, finance, and senior leadership to ensure the program operates as a high-performing, scalable care delivery model.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field
7 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration, virtual care, ambulatory operations, population health, or digital health environments.
Experience contributing to or leading multidisciplinary clinical teams with an emphasis on operational performance.
Experience working within or supporting operational KPI frameworks, workforce models, and capacity planning.
Experience supporting healthcare supply chain logistics and vendor relationships.
Deep familiarity with Epic, including clinical workflows, data structures, and reporting approaches.
Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and patient privacy considerations within healthcare operations.
Demonstrated success running clinic or clinical program operations in an ambulatory or virtual setting, with direct accountability for care team performance, patient throughput, and operational outcomes.
Ability to thrive in an innovation environment - this is not a static operational maintenance role.
A passion for building operational systems that deliver high-quality patient care.
A collaborative style that works effectively with clinicians, digital teams, finance, and stakeholders at multiple levels.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and operating in an innovation-driven environment with evolving priorities.
A systems thinking mindset, able to connect staffing models, logistics, regulatory requirements, and performance data into a cohesive operational picture.
