About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plays a key role in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Providing high-level, specialized support to executive leadership.
- Working independently on complex and often confidential assignments.
- Overseeing and managing projects.
- Conceptualizing, developing, driving high-level strategic initiatives.
- Participating in the development and implementation of department goals and objectives.
- Assisting with executive-level tasks, such as preparing reports, coordinating with other executives, and representing executives in communications.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, managing expense reports, and handling expense coding.
- Ensuring efficient and effective communication across multiple departments, with stakeholders, and at various levels within the organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field
- 5 years recent relevant experience
- Ability to build and establish effective working partnership with employees, peers and/or leaders to achieve program objectives.
- Proven experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on writing.
- Motivated and resourceful self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively, both independently and in team settings.
- Adaptability to interact with various types of visitors with poise and self-confidence.
- Desire and ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
