About the role
- Manages and provides operational leadership to assigned areas of the Medical Foundation/Outpatient Clinics
- Ensures effective and efficient delivery of patient care consistent with applicable laws, standards and regulations
- Establishes protocols and practices, ensuring compliance with department standards
- Takes a strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices
- Establishes and manages capital and operational budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
- 8 years recent relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations in a non-acute setting
- A comprehensive knowledge of all applicable State, federal, state licensing and other local regulations as they relate to Outpatient Services
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to build and establish effective working partnership with employees, peers, physicians and/or leaders
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
