About the role
- Provide accurate and timely responses to a variety of calls that will include, but not be limited to travel insurance coverage questions
- Discover the root cause behind a caller’s interest in travel insurance and align their needs with the appropriate product.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have an active property and casualty or personal lines
- Proficiency in email, preferably MS Outlook is required
- 1 year of experience in a Call Center is required
- 1 year of experience in a Sales related role or a role with Sales aspects, is required
- Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred.
- Experience in the Travel Industry is preferred.
