- Take ownership of query resolution and individual metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent proficiency of German (min B2H) and good proficiency of English (B2).
- Business-level communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Ability to manage confidential data with strict adherence to privacy standards.
- Previous experience in administration, HR or customer service is an advantage.
