Understanding of other operating systems like LINUX, MacOS.
Familiarity with virtualization platforms, such as VMware or Citrix.
Experience testing applications in virtual desktop infrastructures (VDI) and remote access scenarios.
Proficiency in functional, regression, and UI testing techniques.
Understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Sybase).
Experience using test management and bug tracking tools, such as JIRA and ALM.
Ability to write and maintain clear, comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and isolate issues in virtualized environments.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA best practices in agile or hybrid environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
