Bilingual Customer Support – Hebrew, English

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Use strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to respond to incoming calls, texts and emails
- Answer questions, build rapport, and resolve issues in a timely manner for a streaming account
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in both Hebrew and English
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive under pressure
- Self-motivated, accountable and goal oriented
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Technical support experience and background working with CRM applications are a plus
