Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Contact Center Technology experience
- Experience with using business requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to successfully execute initiatives
- Experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
