Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.
Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for the portal.
Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with UX designers to ensure portal usability and customer-centric design.
Work with technical teams on API integrations, data flows, and system interactions.
Support SIT, UAT, and end-user training by preparing test scenarios and validating outcomes.
Ensure traceability of requirements through design, build, and testing phases.
Act as the single point of contact for clarifying business rules during development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or portal development programs.
Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping, requirements engineering, and Agile delivery.
Experience in insurance/financial services domain highly desirable.
Strong understanding of API-based integrations, workflows, and self-service capabilities.
Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA certification preferred.
