About the role
- Deliver exceptional support and solutions to customers calling in for assistance in French and/or English
- Provide bilingual customer support via phone, asking follow-up questions and resolving problems
- Remain kind and supportive when customers share frustrations and help others understand products and services
- Work with company technologies and systems and collaborate with leaders and peers
- Work from home with provided equipment and meet connectivity requirements
- Participate in paid training and pursue advancement opportunities
Requirements
- Fluency in English AND French
- Must have completed high school or equivalent
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- Internet speeds of at least 5 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download
- Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers not compatible
- In-house network and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of supporting outstanding call quality
- A quiet and secure place to work
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and be a resident of Canada
- Experience in the restaurant or fast food industry (preferred)
