About the role

  • Deliver exceptional support and solutions to customers calling in for assistance in French and/or English
  • Provide bilingual customer support via phone, asking follow-up questions and resolving problems
  • Remain kind and supportive when customers share frustrations and help others understand products and services
  • Work with company technologies and systems and collaborate with leaders and peers
  • Work from home with provided equipment and meet connectivity requirements

Requirements

  • Fluency in English AND French
  • Must have completed high school or equivalent
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM
  • Internet speeds of at least 5 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download
  • Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers not compatible
  • In-house network and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of supporting outstanding call quality
  • A quiet and secure place to work
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and be a resident of Canada
  • Experience in the restaurant or fast food industry (preferred)
