Job Summary: Administration, management, and support of SAP environments (Rise with SAP & Grow with SAP-BTP), ensuring system availability, performance, and security
System Administration & Support: Manage SAP landscape, installation, configuration, maintenance of SAP NetWeaver, S/4 HANA, and related systems; monitor performance and troubleshoot
System Upgrades & Patches: Plan and execute SAP software upgrades, kernel upgrades, system refreshes, and database patches
Security & Compliance: Maintain SAP system security, user administration, authorization management, and compliance
Performance Tuning & Optimization: Root cause analysis of performance issues, system tuning, and database optimization (HANA, Oracle, MS SQL)
Project Management & Leadership: Lead and mentor junior BASIS consultants; manage BASIS tasks in SAP projects
Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain comprehensive documentation and automate BASIS processes
Presales Support & Customer Engagement: Provide technical expertise during presales, prepare technical proposals, demos, and PoC environments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
10+ years of SAP BASIS experience with a deep understanding of SAP landscapes and architecture
Proven experience with SAP HANA, NetWeaver, and other SAP applications
Experience leading SAP BASIS projects or teams (preferred)
Strong technical knowledge in SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, ECC, Solution Manager, and SAP cloud integration
Proficiency in databases such as Oracle, HANA, MS SQL, and Unix/Linux OS
Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with SAP performance tuning and root cause analysis
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
SAP Certified Technology Associate in relevant SAP BASIS areas (preferred)
