About the role
- Responding to customer inquiries primarily via live chat
- Assisting with questions about orders, accounts, products and deliveries
- Using internal tools to resolve customer issues and to guide customers through minor technical problems
- Communicating professionally and courteously in line with our client's standards
- Adhering to processes and quality standards
- Escalating complex inquiries to the appropriate departments
Requirements
- Very good German skills (at least B2), especially in written communication
- Strong PC skills and quick ability to learn new systems
- Quick comprehension, reliability and accuracy in written expression
- Customer-focused mindset, independence and high self-motivation
- Willingness to work flexible shifts — including evenings and weekends
