About the role
- In this role you will be responsible for tendering, negotiating, validating, and accepting fixed price supply agreements for Sustainable Energy First clients.
- You'll build and maintain supplier relationships to manage query resolution and escalations for procurement related issues.
- You'll also co-ordinate activity between clients and suppliers to facilitate the smooth transfer of supply contracts and pro-actively manage any objections & late registration reimbursements.
Requirements
- Good understanding of the energy industry and markets.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong ability to communicate with others, written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Ability to manage multiple pricing requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Awareness of regulatory frameworks and market mechanisms in sustainable energy procurement.
- Familiarity with energy markets, pricing structures, and procurement processes.
- Present good analytical skills including strong Excel knowledge. Demonstrate a good understanding of Sustainable Energy First’s quality objectives and detailed knowledge of those relating to procurement and processes.
