About the role
- Support the Finance team in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information
- Maintain financial records and ensure financial controls are upheld
- Analyse financial data to support commercial decision-making
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Help the business understand performance, manage costs, and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with colleagues across finance and commercial teams
Requirements
- Confident working with numbers and interpreting data to support decision-making
- Strong understanding of how finance contributes to business performance
- Comfortable using Excel and financial systems (e.g., ERP or accounting software)
- Collaborative team player who shares information clearly and effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proactive in identifying and solving problems independently
- CIMA qualification preferred, but not essential
