About the role

  • Responsible for delivering Sustainable Energy First’s first-class Validation and Client Analysis Service
  • Drive strategic client engagement and query management
  • Ensure delivery of a first-class validation service, maintaining a 10 day SLA on actioning alarms
  • Building strong relationships with clients, being the go to person, having monthly calls, query management and providing thorough updates
  • Identifying opportunities within client portfolios to drive revenue and add value
  • Maintain a high-quality score in cases, alarms, communication and reporting

Requirements

  • A good understanding of SEFirst’s key products, deliverables & SLAs
  • Ability to analyse problems, situations and information, think laterally and present innovative and feasible solutions
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure & multi-task effectively
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Relationship Management skills to ensure high quality of service delivery and management of stakeholders
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to continually adapt and learn new ways of working
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to learn and drive own development
  • Commercial awareness and ability to influence key stakeholders’ decision making to drive revenue opportunities
