Events

• Keep track of speaking engagements and event requests.
• Draft email templates announcing Global Schools’ participation in high-level events, and coordinate with the relevant teams to send information out to alumni, schools, and partners.
• Work with the Communication team to develop outreach materials to advertise and promote Global Schools events.
• Support the Global Director in keeping track of UN Days and events, including relevant opportunities for Global Schools to participate in.
• Brainstorm new and creative ways to showcase the work of Global Schools at high-level events.
• Contribute to writing concept notes for global events and side events.
• Search and keep track of global events GSP should participate in including COPs, UNESCO conferences, UN summits, high-level education forums, and other strategic international gatherings.
• Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive list of organizations, institutions, and networks that GSP can collaborate with for events, partnerships, and strategic engagements.
