SMB Account Executive
SurveyMonkeySMB Account Executive handling full-cycle sales for SurveyMonkey's enterprise suite. Focusing on new logo acquisition and converting existing self-service users with fewer than 1,000 employees.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the entire sales motion from initial prospecting and outbound outreach to consultative positioning, complex negotiation, and closing.
- Identify and qualify high-value prospects and expansion opportunities using tools like ZoomInfo and Outreach.
- Apply the Sandler selling methodology and MEDDPICC framework to uncover customer needs.
- Utilize Salesforce and Gong to track deal progress and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Prioritize accounts and manage multiple workstreams concurrently to achieve quota.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2+ years of full-cycle sales experience
- Proven Multi-Channel Prospecting
- Demonstrated success applying MEDDPICC or a comparable framework
- Direct experience using Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo
- Proactive in adopting AI productivity tools
- Experience building formal business cases, developing internal Champions, and executing Mutual Action Plans (MAPs)
