Lead the end-to-end migration and implementation of SurveyMonkey’s financial models from Anaplan to Pigment, ensuring data integrity and optimized architectural design.
Architect, build, and maintain complex core models within Pigment, including consolidated P&L, workforce planning, and operational drivers to support company-wide forecasting.
Serve as the primary System Administrator for the planning platform, managing data integrations, troubleshooting formula logic, and overseeing user permissions and governance.
Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and Business Systems to translate evolving business requirements into scalable technical solutions and automated reporting dashboards.
Continuous process improvement of the planning cycle by identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing automated workflows to increase the speed and accuracy of the monthly close and budget cycles.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, or Strategic Finance, with at least 2 years specifically focused on financial systems administration
Proven expertise in architecting and maintaining complex, multi-dimensional EPM models (relevant platform certification or equivalent implementation experience strongly preferred)
Direct experience leading a successful EPM migration (e.g., Anaplan to Pigment, Anaplan to Hyperion, etc.) with a deep understanding of common data architecture challenges during platform transitions
Strong technical command of data integration tools and the ability to manage data flows between ERP systems (like NetSuite) and planning environments
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
