About the role

- In this role you will orchestrate the entire marketing strategy for France, from lead generation and campaign management to the strategic oversight of bidder and seller marketing.
- You will work at the interface between strategic marketing and operational business, between local market knowledge and international scaling.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven success in campaign management (Meta, LinkedIn)
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally Bloomreach)
- Understanding of B2B sales processes
- Experience in press relations
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Fluent French, very good English, and the ability to communicate in German
- Enthusiasm for team building and company culture
