About the role

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Proven success in campaign management (Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally Bloomreach)
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Experience in press relations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Fluent French, very good English, and the ability to communicate in German
  • Enthusiasm for team building and company culture
