Creative Strategist

• Produce high-volume ad copy — write and iterate on 600+ Meta ads per month, spanning static, video, and carousel formats
• Support campaign execution — work within creative frameworks set by the Senior Creative Strategist to deliver consistent, on-brand output
• Assist with ad sequencing and creative feedback — contribute to editing direction and clip selection under senior guidance
• Analyse performance data — review ad performance metrics and feed learnings back into creative iteration
• Collaborate with the performance team — work closely with channel managers to understand what’s working and why
• Grow into strategy — take on increasing creative strategy responsibility as you develop platform expertise

Junior Creative Strategist, Copywriter

• Lead advertising creative strategy — own the creative direction for ad creative across all channels, including TV/video, upper funnel brand work, and paid social.
• Drive messaging strategy — develop and maintain SURI advertising voice, tone, and messaging frameworks
• Write exceptional copy — produce high-quality scripts, headlines, and ad copy that balance brand and performance
• Manage and develop junior — oversee the Junior Creative Strategist’s output, provide creative direction, and support their development to ensure we build a best-in-class creative function.
• Own ad sequencing and creative feedback — guide editing direction, clip selection, and creative iteration
• Collaborate with channel managers — work closely with the performance and brand team to ensure creative is optimised for results

Senior Creative Strategist, Copywriter

Performance Marketing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agents, and other key stakeholders
• Identify and lock in influencer talent, negotiating fees and contract terms
• Managing individual monthly budget, achieving revenue and spend targets to grow the influencer channel
• Scale long-term partnerships, establishing an ambassador network for stronger ROI
• Manage influencer-generated content for cross-functional use across SURI’s social media channels, website, and paid media channels
• Brief, execute and oversee influencer campaigns from inception to completion
• Maintain overall influencer calendar, ensuring monthly budgets and KPIs are met
• Track and report on programme & talent performance, leveraging insights for strategy iteration
