About the role

  • Align event strategy with company-wide GTM priorities, pipeline goals, and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, SDR, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop a shared roadmap for event programming.
  • Own the full lifecycle of event execution (sponsored, owned, digital, and in-person) from concept through post-event debrief.
  • Manage budgets with a bias toward maximizing ROI without sacrificing quality.
  • Establish repeatable workflows and communication frameworks that make every event easier and more impactful than the last.
  • Follow, and tweak, current systems for post-event analysis, including lead capture, sales alignment, and attribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Leverage MarTech (CRM, automation, project management) to bring structure, visibility, and scale to the event program.
  • Develop event messaging in lockstep with other marketing roles, ensuring consistency across pre-, during-, and post-event engagement.
  • Support speaker prep, including internal training and external coordination.
  • Launch internal awareness campaigns to excite cross-functional teams and drive alignment before every event.
  • Track KPIs (attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, CAC, etc.) with clear reporting to marketing and executive teams.
  • Run retrospectives to collect stakeholder and attendee feedback—transforming lessons learned into future playbooks.
  • Continuously refine tactics and formats based on data, trends, and internal needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in event marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthtech.
  • Has managed 10+ annual events
  • Proven ability to run both large-scale tradeshows and intimate roadshows/webinars.

  • Strong collaborator with experience aligning Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands and business units with varying goals.
  • Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, and webinar platforms (Zoom, ON24, etc.).

  • Long Term Disability and Life Insurance
  • Monthly Home Internet & Wellness allowances
  • 10 Holidays + 2 Holiday Eves
  • 18 days PTO, 18 days Sick Leave
