About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls for Surgery Centers regarding questions on bills and explaining benefits.
Processing payments and setting up payment plans.
Managing payment plans.
Following up to make sure patient payments are correct and in line with our payment policies.
Updating insurances and patient demographics when needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of customer service experience
Medical terminology knowledge
Knowledge of local Insurance payers
Payment processing and payment plans experience
Problem solving skills
