About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Works with and supports interdepartmental and facility teams companywide
Reviews and evaluates complex applications/forms/requests of healthcare regulatory licensure and Medicare enrollment documentation
Processes and monitors applications for ASCs, hospitals, and practices
Communicates with ASC, hospital and practice teams and external authorities regarding licensure and healthcare regulatory matters
Maintains accurate and current files and databases
Supports and maintains healthcare regulatory licensure processes and Medicare enrollments
Supports problem resolution related to licensure matters and Medicare enrollments
Analyzes and compiles ownership and management disclosure information
Creates and maintains ASC, hospital, and practice ownership charts
Supports due diligence processes for proposed transactions
Develops and maintains professional relationships with various healthcare regulatory authorities
Collaborates as part of a team on healthcare regulatory related duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 - 7 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree in health and/or business preferred
Knowledge of computer systems, and spreadsheet applications
Knowledge of state, federal and local regulations
Knowledge of company formation and organization structure
Superior analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Skilled in written and verbal communication and interpersonal relations
Skilled in working with Windows based software systems
Skilled in Intermediate Microsoft Word Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook
