About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the day-to-day development of key analysis to support stakeholder objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (developers and data engineers) to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Analyze structured and unstructured healthcare data to identify trends and operational performance metrics.
Build a deep understanding of underlying data models, inputs, and definitions to ensure accurate analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with Business Intelligence (BI) developers to produce interactive dashboards.
Serve as a liaison between the BI team and business stakeholders, understanding their data needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Proficient in Excel.
Familiarity with Sigma, PowerBI, and / or data visualization tools.
Basic understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders.
Intellectual curiosity, fast learner, attention to detail.
