About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner directly with operational and business leaders to identify business challenges and clarify decision-making needs.
Translate ambiguous business requirements into structured, actionable data and analytics solutions.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, including problem definition, solution design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Build and deliver intuitive, actionable analytics products, dashboards, tools, and workflows.
Drive adoption of data products by embedding analytics into day-to-day business processes.
Define, monitor, and evaluate product success metrics, including user adoption and operational effectiveness.
Continuously assess product performance to enhance, automate, or sunset solutions based on business value.
Establish and reinforce consistent data definitions, metrics, standards, and governance practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-related roles.
Experience building and delivering analytics or data products in a business environment.
Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders (operations, finance, etc.)
Solid foundation in BI/analytics tools (platform-agnostic mindset).
Experience in healthcare or similarly complex, operational environments preferred.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are preferred.
