About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives and goals for R&R mainline business
Directly manage major & critical accounts to maximize & grow sales opportunities with your assigned teams
Actively participate in monthly sales meetings, forecast meetings, product meetings & market share analysis
Gather & communicate monthly market, customer & product intelligence with the appropriate person & groups at company
Set sales performance and individual goals for your teams
Follow up on lead generation from marketing and inside sales team
Lead and manage forecasting on mainline products and manage expenses at or below budgeted levels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field required
5+ years relevant sales or industry experience
Valid US driver’s license
Excellent communication skills
Strong working knowledge of all products marketed by the company.
Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans and comprehensive sales programs.
Travel requirements estimated at 60 - 75% overnight travel.
