About the role
- Developing hardware and software features for prototype landscape management technology.
- Evaluating and integrating sensor technologies into machine telemetry systems.
- Collaborating with data analysts to ensure end-to-end compatibility and actionable outcomes from new data streams.
- Conducting miscellaneous field and laboratory projects as needed.
- Participate in the 2026 Summer Internship Program (May 18, 2026 – August 7, 2026).
Requirements
- Undergraduate Junior or Senior or Masters candidate in Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science required.
- Experience with embedded C programming (STM32, ESP32, ARM, etc.) and common data structures.
- Understanding of hardware communication protocols (CAN bus, WiFi, BLE, etc.) preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and protocols (AWS, Azure, MQTT, HTTP, etc.) desirable.
- Must be able to independently and creatively solve problems with a team-first mentality.
- Candidates must be available to start on May 18, 2026 and participate through the duration of the program (August 7, 2026).
