About the role

  • Developing hardware and software features for prototype landscape management technology.
  • Evaluating and integrating sensor technologies into machine telemetry systems.
  • Collaborating with data analysts to ensure end-to-end compatibility and actionable outcomes from new data streams.
  • Conducting miscellaneous field and laboratory projects as needed.
  • Participate in the 2026 Summer Internship Program (May 18, 2026 – August 7, 2026).

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Junior or Senior or Masters candidate in Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science required.
  • Experience with embedded C programming (STM32, ESP32, ARM, etc.) and common data structures.
  • Understanding of hardware communication protocols (CAN bus, WiFi, BLE, etc.) preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and protocols (AWS, Azure, MQTT, HTTP, etc.) desirable.
  • Must be able to independently and creatively solve problems with a team-first mentality.
  • Candidates must be available to start on May 18, 2026 and participate through the duration of the program (August 7, 2026).
