About the role
- Support sales and marketing efforts for Ditch Witch Division
- Provide direct sales support, equipment training, and factory assistance
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and dealers
- Conduct sales training programs and equipment demonstrations
- Troubleshoot heavy construction equipment issues
- Maintain professional relationships with dealers and customers
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 1-5 years of relevant Ditch Witch, American Augers or related experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active USA passport and driver's license
- Prior demonstrated success with American Augers and Ditch Witch products
- Knowledgeable in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems
- Excellent communication skills
