About the role
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for both existing and new products
- Expand the presence of The BOSS Snowplow (and other related equipment) within North America/Canada
- Develop new markets and expand existing markets
- Manage and develop Distributors and Sub-Distributors within North America/Canada
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of sales and industry experience preferred
- Proven record of sales success in a direct or related field
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Self-motivated and demonstrated self-initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective conflict-resolution skills
