About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support seamless delivery across cross-functional development streams;
- Take full ownership of Jira, including scoping, prioritizing, and actively participating in sprint planning;
- Write clear, high-quality product descriptions and compelling user stories;
- Contribute directly to product strategy formulation and execution while proactively proposing innovative solutions;
- Continuously gather, analyze, and champion the voice of the customer using interviews, surveys, and feedback loops to deeply understand user needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst working alongside agile cross-functional teams;
- A "startup mindset" with the ability to thrive in a high-tempo environment and easily navigate ambiguity;
- A hands-on, proactive attitude with the readiness to dive deep into day-to-day execution;
- A strong, customer-centric drive with the know-how to collect and leverage user feedback using a variety of modern tools and methodologies.
