Design high-converting creatives for Meta/Google Ads;
Adapt designs across different formats and placements;
Create engaging organic social media posts;
Elevate storytelling and visuals from initial concept to final delivery;
Apply and oversee the implementation of the new visual identity across all means of communication to ensure consistency and quality;
Contribute to and maintain a shared design system;
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand the creative need.

Requirements

Proven design experience, including work in graphic design teams;
Experience designing PPC ads (not just brand content);
Understanding of how design impacts CTR, CPA, and ROAS;
Experience using AI tools in creative workflows;
Proven experience in producing quality work in a fast-paced environment;
Great knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to adapt to different stylistic approaches while maintaining creativity.
