About the role
- Lead and mentor the Web Content team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance;
- Collaborate with marketing, localization, design and engineering teams to lay the groundwork for high-quality web pages and streamlined project management;
- Set the strategic direction for the team to elevate the UX and quality of our CMS pages;
- Establish and formalize operational standards, including the introduction of rigorous review processes and recurring design review meetings;
- Own the long-term vision and technical health of our CMS, gathering needs from across the company to build and maintain a clear roadmap;
- Ensure the timely delivery of new landing pages, balancing speed with excellence;
- Clarify requirements and scope with stakeholders, making final decisions on enhancement priorities based on business impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and motivating teams;
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and a solid understanding of how modular page builders function;
- Strong background in UX principles and design thinking;
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate scope, manage competing priorities, and explain technical constraints to non-technical teams;
- Experience managing multi-language web projects and an understanding of the complexities that come with publishing content at scale;
- A track record of creating or improving operational workflows to increase team efficiency without sacrificing quality;
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS);
- Basic SEO knowledge, including page structure and web performance basics.
