About the role
- Develop, implement, and monitor overall HR policies, procedures, and systems;
- Organize and maintain all the stored data about employees and HR-related information;
- Take ownership of HR and employee data, including analysis, to identify trends and insights;
- Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information;
- Consult and collaborate with employees from all departments as well as the HR team;
- Initiate ways to improve HR processes, systems with automation and AI.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in the HR operations field;
- Know-how of working with HR Information Systems and payroll systems;
- Thorough knowledge of labor law;
- High level of pro-activity, accuracy, and attention to detail;
- Analytical skills and ability to process large amounts of information;
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills;
- Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills.
