About the role
- Own and drive the product vision and long-term strategy, translating them into a clear roadmap and measurable goals aligned with business objectives;
- Define and execute user acquisition strategies, with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO), app store optimization (ASO), and seamless onboarding flows;
- Maintain strong user retention and engagement;
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, design, and analytics teams;
- Analyze app performance, metrics and results and identify areas for improvement;
- Stay up-to-date with competitors, market, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management with a focus on user acquisition and retention;
- Track record of delivering successful mobile applications;
- Experience with mobile app analytics platforms;
- Ability to translate user needs and business goals into clear and detailed product specifications;
- Data-driven mindset and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Proven experience in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve product development and process optimization.
