About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meet with 10-12+ contacts per day.
  • Drive to multifamily, hospitality, and commercial locations to introduce Surface Experts repair solutions, with the goal to build trust by educating customers on how repairs save money and time compared to replacement.
  • Utilize proven playbook – we supply a clear script, targeted territory lists, demos, and hands on training, so you can win even without prior sales experience.
  • Coordinate with repair technicians and the franchise owner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting sales activities in CRM, by tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in between.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • No Sales Experience Required – no prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed.
  • Professional, self-starter, and energetic
  • Coachable – eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook.
  • Curious – comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first
  • Detail-Oriented – executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue, consistently.
  • Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record.
