About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the efficient operations of the business.
- Work with Field Team, Sales Team, and Owner to develop and execute efficient Technical, Sales, and Business Operations systems.
- Business Operations
- Inventory Management
- Purchasing Supplies & Materials (Amazon, Home Depot, SE Orders, etc)
- Invoice Preparation & Submission (Contacts, Work Description, Before/After Photos)
- Accounts Receivable Support
- Customer Contact Information Database Management (Vonigo & Quo)
- Repair Photo Database Management (CompanyCam)
- Large Project & Warranty Partner Support (ABG, Kohler, New Construction, etc)
- Business Compliance Management
- Vehicle Info & Maintenance Management
- Assist in Develop & Document SOPs
- Scheduling
- Collaborate with Sales, Techs, & SC to manage and optimize Repair Technicians schedules
- Communicate with customers to plan and confirm repair date/time
- Weekly Schedule Development & Distribution
- Business Development (Account Management Support)
- Assist w/ Creating & Sending Quotes
- Customer Follow-up & Misc Communication
- Occasional Outside Sales (Scheduled Walk-thrus & Meetings)
- Identify, implement, and document solutions to improve business methods and processes
- Prioritize customer relationships and customer service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
- Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
- Professional, caring, and service-minded
- Readiness to become a meaningful part of a strong team and growing business
- Tech-Fluent - Comfortable with QuickBooks, CRM Tools, Mobile Apps (CompanyCam, Quo, etc), Microsoft Office
- Local & Reliable - Live within commuting distance to Office, and want a role that respects your need for flexible schedule while offering professional responsibility.
- Systems & Detail Oriented - Not just following a process, but seeing ways to improve operations, and implementing them
