About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Visit approximately 12 to 15 customers per day across the Milwaukee area
- Build relationships with property managers, maintenance teams, and decision-makers
- Identify customer needs and recommend surface repair solutions
- Generate and close new business opportunities
- Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into booked work
- Track activity, notes, and performance metrics in our system
- Coordinate with the owner and technician team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Dependable and follows through on commitments
- Self-motivated and takes responsibility for results
- Coachable and open to feedback and improvement
- Comfortable working in a structured sales process
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
